Action of the film Blonde Around the Corner takes place in the early 80s of the last century in Russia. On his first day at work as a loader at a supermarket, Nikolai saw a young and beautiful blonde in an evening dress fly out of the building, and immediately fell in love with her.

Many years ago, Nikolai calculated on what wavelength contact from his brothers in intelligence would be. For fifteen long years he waited for a signal from space, in between publishing a wall newspaper and assisting the police. On the very first evening, Nikolai and Nadya explain themselves to each other and decide to get married quickly.

Nadya takes charge of the wedding organization and tells Nikolai that they will be married in the coming days. In a new and prestigious restaurant, the tables were laden with scarce delicacies, a sophisticated crowd of two hundred people - Nadya's best friends, filled the banquet hall. Introducing Nikolai to all these people, Nadya reported what service each of them could provide: train tickets, repairs, theater, etc.
