The film is set in the late 1980s. The floodgates of so-called freedom were opened in the long-suffering country. The people, and especially the youth, reveled in permissiveness. The streets were filled with alien and, until recently, hostile elements of the decaying West: punks, rockers, girls of dubious behavior, homosexuals and other scum.
At this time, our native militia had the hardest time of all. On the one hand, the older generation, which had gone through the war and sacredly built communism in a single country, demands that order be restored. On the other hand, the youth, incited by the so-called liberals, demands ever greater permissiveness.
A typical representative of the free youth of this period was Valeria Nikolaeva, nicknamed "Avaria". The senior class student was angry at the entire world around her. Her father was especially hard on her, because he was a cop, a strangler of all "progressive" humanity.
